Extensions of Grace, Inc. is a Louisiana nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that safe housing is not a privilege — it is a foundation. We began our work serving young adults who aged out of the foster care system, and we are expanding our mission to serve two more populations facing acute housing need: U.S. military veterans and adults age 55 and older experiencing homelessness.
We operate shared transitional homes in New Orleans and Jefferson Parish — real homes, in real neighborhoods, where residents can rebuild stability with dignity. We provide housing only; our residents' case managers and service providers remain their primary support team.
